If slugs are problematic in your garden, you can use an all-natural beer trap to do away with them. Take a glass jar and bury it in your garden so that the top of it is level with the soil. Fill the jar with beer within one inch of the top. Beer is especially attractive to slugs; they will lured to it and trapped.
